This document certifies that the services described below have been delivered by Wabusi in accordance with the agreed terms. By signing, the client confirms full acceptance and authorizes the transfer of all access credentials and project files.
1. Parties

Client: Alex Engines and Transmissions LLC
2. Services Delivered — Phase 1: Website Creation
- Responsive website design & development (4 pages: Home, About, Services, Contact)
- Website hosting setup and domain configuration
- Basic SEO optimization
- Contact forms and lead capture integration
- Mobile-responsive design implementation
- Content management system (CMS) setup
- Book Setup integration
- Basic plugins: Contact Form 7, caching, security
- All deliverables provided in appropriate digital formats
3. Project Value & Payment
Total: $1,000 USD
– Deposit paid (50%): $500 USD ✓
– Final payment (50%): $500 USD ✓
✅ We hereby confirm that the full project payment of $1,000 USD has been received in its entirety. The purpose of this document is to formalize the client's acceptance of the services delivered and authorize the transfer of all files and access credentials.
4. Client Declaration
The client declares that the services above were delivered satisfactorily and per the original proposal. The client has reviewed all deliverables and has no pending objections regarding scope or quality.
5. Access & File Transfer
As full payment has been confirmed received, upon signing this agreement Wabusi will proceed immediately to transfer all website files, admin panel credentials, hosting credentials, and any other project-related access. The client will be the sole owner of all final files.
6. Post-Delivery Support
Additional changes after delivery are quoted at $60/hour, minimum 3 hours. Wabusi retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.
7. Termination
Cancellation by client after wireframe delivery: 50% of remaining balance due. Cancellation by contractor if unable to deliver: full refund minus completed work.
8. Legal Validity
This digital signature, together with the signatory's identity data, date, and timestamp, constitutes legally valid evidence of the client's acceptance of services rendered.
